are available 24/7. Office hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. However, you can reach us by phone anytime.
How can I make my home more safe?
As part of a free consultation with Bridge of Care, we can evaluate what can
be done to your home to make it more safe.
Do you charge for
a consultation?
No, our consultations
are absolutely free, and there is no obligation.
Where do we come for a consultation?
We prefer to do our free consultation in your home to be better able to evaluate
your needs, just call us at 507-625-9566. However, you can also visit us at our office located at 931 Madison Avenue
in Mankato to set up an appointment.
Are your services covered by
insurance?
This would depend
on your insurance, you can call your insurance to find out, or we can help you find out whether or not our insurance would
be covered.
What do the terms "activities
of daily living" and "non-medical" mean in regard to care services?
Activities of daily living refer to any activities that are done on a daily basis to take care
of ourselves. We do not offer medical services at this time. We are working on offering them in the future.
Is there a minimum number of hours a week or month?
There is no minimum number of hours! You can have a scheduled monthly
plan, or you can call or email us as needed. We understand that many people are busy, and do our best to be flexible
and work with you.
How can payment be made?
There are many options
for payment, we can work with you to find something that will work for you. Many people like the ease of prepaying for
services, but you can also choose to pay as you go, or use a monthly payment plan. We do accept credit
cards as well.
